Jan 18 - Went with Rob on a morning beach run. Finally realized how out of shape I've gotten traveling. Going to have to hit it hard when I get back to the states. Later after some morning yogart and muesli I cruised the island looking for more beaches and some landscape photo's. Hangout with Robs girlfriend a bit Jit (means spirit) is great.
