I just discovered your blog this evening. It's kind of interesting to see the wildfires close up. I hear about them on the TV, but have never really seen them close up. I wonder how many guys there are in your Gila Hotshot group. Are you freelance fire fighters? I am really ignorant about what you guys do.
Gila Hotshots run 20 people strong. We are a part of the Forest Service which is under the Dept. of Agriculture.
